The Grounds
Casa das Vinhas is set in its own grounds of 4 acres which was once a vineyard (hence the name) but is now surrounded by Olive, Carob, Almond and Fig trees. The villa faces the south with lovely views of the countryside and around to the Monchique mountains in the North.
The Pool
This lovely villa has its own private heated swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace and steps leading down to the landscaped gardens below. To the front of the villa is a large parking area.

Notes on Accommodation
Pool Cleaning: Provided twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the winter period. Shaded al fresco dining area with BBQ
Gardeners: Visit once a week to tidy and water shrubs – visit will normally last 2 hours
Maid Service: The maid will visit to clean bathrooms, make beds, wash floors on a daily basis.
High Chair and Cot available at no extra charge
Master Bedroom on first floor with en suite bathroom and private balcony. King size bed, and fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 – king size bed, with en suite shower room, sliding doors leading to exterior patio and pool area.
Bedroom 3 – Twin bedded or Superking Bed, Ensuite new shower room, Sliding doors leading to pool and garden.
Bedroom 4 – Twin bedded room with sliding doors overlooking pool and garden.
Cot & High chair available at no extra charge. Z bed available for extra child – price on application.
Maid service is provided 5 days per week. Linen and towels changed on a weekly basis. Beach towels provided. Portable air conditioning unit.
This is a wonderful setting for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, but still within easy reach of Water parks, golf courses and the town of Armacao de Pera only 2km away or the quaint village of Porches a mere 1km drive.
Private heated 8 x 4.5m pool surrounded by a large terrace, with pool house providing fridge, dining table for 8/10 persons, electric sockets and garden lighting.
Ample sun loungers, parasols and garden seating provided. Stairs leading down to landscaped garden and large sand pit, ideal for children to play and for ‘big children’ the game of boule, and soft ball tennis.
To the front of the villa is ample car parking for up to 8 cars.
